Alkina is a lovely 15.1hh, 8 year old mare, combining Morgan, Warmblood and Irish Sport Horse bloodlines.

Due to no fault of her own, she had a late start in life, only being broken in 18 months ago and then spelled. She has recently been transported up from VIC to be bought back into work in December with Breaker/Trainer Glen McKey then onto me to find a new home. She is a very trainable mare, easy to have around. Although green at times, she has a nice soft mouth and carries herself nicely. All the hard work is done, no dirt in her, and is ready to continue on with. She is a naturally forward moving horse, so does require someone who has some experience/knowledge/guidance/independent seat-legs and hands to get the best out of her and continue training her to be the best she can be. She is a nice horse, and ready to go with whether it be dressage, adult riding club, allrounder etc or would even make a nice breeding prospect.
