Equestrian Hub is referred to as “the Company” in the following legal notice.

Use of this Site

The Company, and their affiliates maintain and operate this website for use by its customers (you).  By using this site, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, and agree that your continued use of the site is subject to ongoing compliance with these terms and conditions.  Your consideration for entering into these terms and conditions is the provision of the use of the site by the Company and you acknowledge that such consideration is a valuable consideration.

The Company may amend these terms and conditions from time to time.  Your continued use of the site following any such notice will be deemed to be acceptance of such amendments.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and for all activities that occur under your account.  You must notify the Company of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of integrity or security of the site immediately upon becoming aware of it.

Errors and Omissions

The Company has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information and products on this web site are listed or written accurately at the time of publication, but the Company provides no guarantees, warranties or undertakings that the information, pricing, discounts or other content contained on this web site is accurate, complete or up-to-date. Prices, discounts and offers are subject to change without notice.  There may be errors on this web site for which the Company apologises and disclaims all liability.

Product Descriptions

Equestrian Hub, The Saddle Hub Pty Ltd and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, to the full extent permissible by applicable law, Equestrian Hub, The Saddle Hub Pty Ltd do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Happy Horse Happy Rider Guarantee Trial Period Terms and Conditions

All saddles sold through The Saddle Hub come with a two week trial to ensure both horse and rider are happy, unless specifically excluded.  To take a saddle on a trial the Purchaser must pay full cost of saddle prior to the saddle being released.

Should the saddle not be suitable, this amount, less freight charges, and merchant services fees, if applicable, will be refunded after a MAXIMUM of a two week trial. The purchaser will be liable for the freight costs of transporting the saddle, as well as return charges if saddle is deemed unsuitable by them, we are happy to organise the return freight for you.  Refunds will only be processed after we have received the saddle back into our care.

Freight is charged at a flat fee of $60 one way, including insurance to anywhere within Australia. It may be necessary, for very remote areas, to organise for your saddle to be shipped to an address or courier depot at a nearby town.

If saddle is deemed unsuitable by the purchaser it must be returned in the same condition as when forwarded to purchaser, this includes but is not limited to: no adjustments, no markings, all of the same mountings. If the saddle has incurred any damage of any kind the Purchaser will forfeit the return guarantee offered during the trial period.

Expert Advice

The Company Experts Advice includes, but is not limited to; Equestrian Coaching, Saddlery Tips, Pasture Management, Showing Tips, Training Tips and Veterinary Advice.

Advice is generic and does not take into account the physical state, medical status and/or health requirements of any particular individual or animal which are relevant to the proper diagnosis and treatment of any problem, condition or disorder. Consequently, you should never use or act upon this information without first properly consulting, and seeking proper information and advice from, a qualified Veterinary or Equine expert in relation to the individual aspects of your particular circumstances. The Company does not give, or purport to give, any medical advice, and is not qualified to do so.

The Company, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates or successors in right provide no warranty, guarantee or other representation about the accuracy or relevance of the information provided on the blog or throughout the website relating to ‘expert’s advice’ to the users and expressly disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions and delays in respect of the information and the supply of the information. The Information is not, and should not be relied on or treated as, a substitute for proper medical advice from a qualified veterinary or suitably qualified professional. Neither the Company, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates or successors in right accept any liability, whether direct or indirect, arising from any person relying on, whether wholly or partially, upon any information contained in or linked from the Company website, blog or magazine relating to advice offered by experts or industry professionals.

Auto-Renewal Terms for Equestrian Hub Subscriptions

Auto-renewal ensures continued access to Equestrian Hub’s magazine, VIP membership and any other subscription based services offered until you choose to cancel, with no need to keep track of renewal dates. Equestrian Hub will notify you of upcoming renewals and will automatically renew your subscription until you decide to cancel.

On the renewal date, your payment method will be charged the then-current renewal rate plus applicable tax.

After activation, Equestrian Hub will send an email confirming the exact renewal date.

For Annual Subscriptions:

·   The renewal date will be approximately one year after you first activate your Equestrian Hub subscription.

·   30 days prior to the renewal date, Equestrian Hub will notify you of the exact amount of the charge via email to the address it has on file for you. You will be provided with an option to cancel the renewal.

For Single Issue Subscriptions:

·   The renewal date will be approximately two months after you first activate your Equestrian Hub subscription.

·   30 days prior to the renewal date, Equestrian Hub will notify you of the exact amount of the charge via email to the address it has on file for you. You will be provided with an option to cancel the renewal.

Stopping Automatic Renewal for Equestrian Hub Subscriptions

You will have the option at checkout to not auto renew your subscription. If you have chosen automatic renewal and want to turn off the option at any time after activation, you can log into your Equestrian Hub account used to order the subscription at https://equestrianhub.com.au/my-account/my-subscription/. You will find your subscription in the Subscriptions menu, open you subscription product and choose ‘cancel’ to opt out of future subscription renewals. 

 To avoid a renewal charge for the next period, automatic renewal must be turned off prior to the Scheduled Charge Date. 

Payment and Pricing

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST (Goods and services tax) is charged.

Shipments from The Saddle Hub must be paid prior to goods being shipped.

Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard), Zip Money, AfterPay, Bank Transfer (please forward screenshot for verification) and PayPal. Credit cards and PayPal will incur a non refundable merchant fee.

Order totals are calculated in and include GST in the total price.  Delivery charges are based on flat fees and will be added to your purchase at checkout. 

Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.  We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time or amend due to human error, computer malfunction or incorrect data and reserve the right to cancel the order. 

Shipping and Delivery

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM FERNLEIGH NSW

We charge a flat standard shipping rate of $60 on each saddle shipped Australia wide.

Smaller items purchased with a saddle will not incur additional shipping charges and will be included in the saddle flat fee shipping charge.

Smaller items purchased without a saddle will be charged at a flat fee, depending on the size of the item, and this will added to your purchase at checkout.

We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days

All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Tracking will be forwarded to you via email, once your freight is booked.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Your order will be dispatched via courier and a signature will be required, we suggest supplying a shipping address that has someone available during business hours.   We cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available to sign receipt of your order.  Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.

Returns and Refunds

Equestrian Hub strives to deliver your order in the fastest possible time.  Our trial period with saddles is in place to ensure you and your horse are both happy with the saddle you have purchased.  We also understand that there may be some instances where you may want to return items, other than saddles. This section covers those items, and the returns policy should be read in conjunction with the ‘Happy Horse Happy Rider Guarantee’ above, which relates to second hand saddle sales, trial and returns.

Items may be returned to Equestrian Hub, to the address below, within 14 days of product receipt, at your expense. Please include a note with your name, order number, and instructions on whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Before processing a return, please email info@equestrianhub.com.au outlining why you wish to return your product so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.

To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached (if item is brand new) and in correct original condition packaging.

The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

Refunds will be refunded via the purchaser’s payment option. Refunds may take between 5 – 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account.

Changes or Cancellation of Orders

You may be able to change or cancel your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. To see if your order can be changed, please email us on info@equestrianhub.com.au

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the Refunds and Returns Policy to arrange to return your order, should this be required and your reason qualify.

Intellectual Property

Copyright in the information and material on this web site is vested in the Company under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the laws of other countries and international treaties.  The Company reserves all intellectual property and other rights in relation to the information and material on this web site.

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise out of any aspect of this agreement, the party raising the dispute must notify The Saddle Hub in writing within 14 days of becoming aware of the issue in dispute. In the event that the dispute is not resolved, the Parties agree to participate in a mediation of the dispute, to be mediated by a representative of the Community Justice Centre, prior to commencing any proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

Termination

This agreement is effective from your first use of the Site until terminated by either party.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by unsubscribing to all services provided by the Site and destroying all materials obtained from the Site, all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement.

This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from the Company, if in the Company’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site and unsubscribe to all services provided by the Site.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is construed according to and is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising under this agreement.
