If you are purchasing horses which are to be kept on your property, you must have a Property Identification Code (PIC).
Some state and territory requirements differ: locate your state’s PIC requirements and apply for a PIC through the relevant office.
Non-compliance may carry fines from the relevant State offices.
Auto-renewal ensures continued access to Equestrian Hub’s VIP membership and any other subscription based services offered until you choose to cancel, with no need to keep track of renewal dates. Equestrian Hub will notify you of upcoming renewals and will automatically renew your subscription until you decide to cancel.
PLEASE NOTE: Ongoing subscriptions to Equestrian Hub Magazine ceased on 1 March 2022, and the Magazine is only available for single issue purchase from this date.
On the renewal date, your payment method will be charged the then-current renewal rate plus applicable tax.
After activation, Equestrian Hub will send an email confirming the exact renewal date.
For Annual Subscriptions:· The renewal date will be approximately one year after you first activate your Equestrian Hub subscription. · 30 days prior to the renewal date, Equestrian Hub will notify you of the exact amount of the charge via email to the address it has on file for you. You will be provided with an option to cancel the renewal. | For Single Issue Subscriptions:· The renewal date for VIP Membership subscriptions will be approximately one month after you first activate your subscription. · 30 days prior to the renewal date, Equestrian Hub will notify you of the exact amount of the charge via email to the address it has on file for you. You will be provided with an option to cancel the renewal. |
You will have the option at checkout to not auto renew your subscription. If you have chosen automatic renewal and want to turn off the option at any time after activation, you can log into your Equestrian Hub account used to order the subscription at https://equestrianhub.com.au/my-account/my-subscription/. You will find your subscription in the Subscriptions menu, open you subscription product and choose ‘cancel’ to opt out of future subscription renewals.
To avoid a renewal charge for the next period, automatic renewal must be turned off prior to the Scheduled Charge Date.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST (Goods and services tax) is charged.
Shipments from The Saddle Hub must be paid prior to goods being shipped.
Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard), Zip Money, AfterPay, Bank Transfer (please forward screenshot for verification) and PayPal. Credit cards and PayPal will incur a non refundable merchant fee.
Order totals are calculated in and include GST in the total price. Delivery charges are based on flat fees and will be added to your purchase at checkout.
Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time or amend due to human error, computer malfunction or incorrect data and reserve the right to cancel the order.

Items purchased will be charged at a flat fee, depending on the size of the item and your location, and this will added to your purchase at checkout.
We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days
All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking will be forwarded to you via email, once your freight is booked.
Your order will be dispatched via courier and a signature will be required, we suggest supplying a shipping address that has someone available during business hours. We cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available to sign receipt of your order. Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.
Items may be returned to Equestrian Hub, to the address below, within 14 days of product receipt, at your expense. Please include a note with your name, order number, and instructions on whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Before processing a return, please email info@equestrianhub.com.au outlining why you wish to return your product so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.
To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached (if item is brand new) and in correct original condition packaging.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be refunded via the purchaser’s payment option. Refunds may take between 5 – 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account.
You may be able to change or cancel your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. To see if your order can be changed, please email us on info@equestrianhub.com.au
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the Refunds and Returns Policy to arrange to return your order, should this be required and your reason qualify.
