We needed a saddle in a rush and these guys definitely did not disappoint. They were quick to respond to emails and even faster to get it posted to us…. I messaged them reasonably late on a Wednesday and by Friday morning my saddle had arrived in Sydney… not many places left that can provide service like that any more. Further more reached out a few days later to make sure everything was perfect and we were happy. 10/10 looking forward to buying the next saddle already

I messaged late one evening after finding a saddle I had been looking for. I got a quick reply. I completed my order and was given all the tracking details as soon as it was processed. saddle arrived bubble wrapped inside a box. Very clean and tidy and was exactly as advertised. Follow up message after purchase to ensure the fit was good. Highly recommended and I would definitely purchase from here again.

My new saddle is PERFECT! I’ve had such a hard time finding a little fender (western or half-breed) to fit my little Welsh gelding and I’d nearly given up when I spotted this one for sale. I really like being able to pop this saddle on when I go for a trail-ride because we both get a bit more wet going through the local creek crossings than my trail-buddies on their QHs do 😂 My dressage saddle thanks you for saving it from any further weekly dunkings! On another note- this is the second saddle I’ve purchased through The Saddle Hub (I bought a Stubben Roxanne for my other pony, Reuben, also below with his new saddle) and both times the saddles have fitted superbly. The information you provide allows me to work out very accurately whether the saddle is likely to fit before I ever hit the “Sold!” button. Both saddles have been in lovely condition, the communication between TSH and myself has been prompt & informative and your website is so easy to navigate. I also love the reassurance that the saddles have been checked over by an independent party- so much so that I’ve now sold a saddle through TSH as well!

What a fantastic service! Shae and Fiona are knowledgeable and friendly, delivery is fast and easy! Sadly, the saddles I ordered were not quite right but that wasn’t an issue - service remained exceptional, easy return process and I now have them on the hunt for other options for a hard to fit horse. 100% recommend.

I recently purchased a Kent and Masters cob saddle through Equestrian Hub. I did have some issues trying to complete the purchased on line but once bought everything went really well. The saddle arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. I appreciated that I had a two week trial but didn't need that long. It fitted my cobs and me really well. I loved the follow up email to check how it was going.. I would recommend Equestrian hub in a heartbeat
