These terms and conditions govern your use of the Equestrian Hub website (equestrianhub.com.au) and any purchases made through it. By accessing this website you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.
Equestrian Hub reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Use of Website
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. You must not use this website for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material that consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, or other malicious computer software.
3. Products & Services
All products and services displayed on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product in colour, size, or finish.
While we make every effort to ensure that descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of an error, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer a full refund or the option to proceed at the correct price.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Equestrian Hub reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Money, and bank transfer. A 1.5% non-refundable surcharge applies to PayPal transactions. By placing an order, you warrant that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Equestrian Hub ships to addresses within Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days, however during peak periods or promotional events, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss or damage passes to you. While we take every care in packaging, Equestrian Hub is not liable for damage or loss caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Sale items, gift cards, and personalised products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@equestrianhub.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Equestrian Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any material from this website without our prior written consent.
The Equestrian Hub name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Equestrian Hub. Use of any Equestrian Hub trademark without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equestrian Hub excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage to computer systems or software, and loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy implied or imposed by any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where such legislation applies, our liability is limited, at our option, to the replacement or repair of the goods, or the supply of equivalent goods.
