The Story Behind The Hub

Originally launched as Horse Vibes in 2018
Equestrian Hub began as a grassroots publication focused on sharing stories from within the equestrian community. It quickly built a loyal following, grounded in its relatability and connection to everyday riders.
Today, Equestrian Hub has evolved into a media platform with national and international reach, while remaining grounded in its original purpose: to educate, inspire and connect riders across all disciplines and locations.
A New Chapter
In July 2025, Equestrian Hub entered a new chapter under the direction of Sam Cavallo, publisher, photographer and long-time member of the equestrian community, both as a rider and, more recently, a horse mum.
With a background in equestrian photography and media, Sam spent years immersed in events, earning a reputation as one of the "queens of candid event photography." Her work is defined by a deep interest in the humanity, lifestyle and culture surrounding the sport, alongside a growing focus on international events.
In 2022, Sam self-published the first edition of Equestrienne Magazine, a luxury print title celebrating women in equestrian sport and business, further establishing her presence within the industry.
Taking ownership of Equestrian Hub was an opportunity to build something more expansive, a platform encompassing the full spectrum of equestrian life, from grassroots to global.
