He is by Staccato who has produced numerous 4* and 5* winners including Sandhills Brillaire who won Adelaide 5*.
Invader is from a Brilliant Invader mare who is also the dam of Hunter Valley II ridden by Sammi Birch in the UK. Hunter Valley was reserve for the Rio Olympics.
Brilliant Invader has had a huge influence in both eventing and showjumping bloodlines in Australa and overseas.
Invader is well schooled on the flat with shoulder-in, half pass and counter canter established. He is brave and fast cross country and has truly thrown to the thoroughbred with great stamina. He is confidently jumping 1.20m with good technique and is genuinely careful. He can be ridden in a snaffle bit in all 3 phases and is well mannered and easy to deal with on the ground.
