Selling:

See the Sellers Information sheet under the Information tab on the website for further details or click this link.

We optimise the saleability of your saddle through various means:

  • Presenting your saddle in a professional manner
  • List it on our website and market through our Facebook page, The Saddle Hub
  • Liaise with buyers, contacting you with offers
  • Offer a variety of payment options to buyers

We will even pay to freight your saddle to us, the hardest part for you is packaging your saddle!!!

Buying

Whilst at The Saddle Hub we are not saddlefitters we will endeavour to help you find the saddle you want, the one you feel is most suitable for both you and your horse.

We attempt to remove the risks for you that are associated with buying online.  We do this primarily through offering a trial period and through The Saddle Hub being responsible for the dispatch of your purchase.

Saddles listed on The Saddle Hub may be advertised elsewhere, however all care is taken to ensure our list of saddles is updated and current. If, on the rare occasion a saddle is purchased through The Saddle Hub that has already in fact been sold, you will of course be refunded any payment made in full unless you advise us that you wish to purchase an alternative saddle.

As stated on our logo, buy the saddle, ride in it and if you decide it is unsuitable you are able to return it (see the Trial Period information on the Information tab).

We also have our Hub Deals section, which incorporates saddles that do not meet our normal listing criteria but are still offered the same two week trial and payment arrangements.
Happy riding
